Slash time off your Bronco time trial with this 6-week conditioning program designed to help you dominate everyone's favourite preseason test

What you get:

- Distances and intensities scaled to your level, from beginner       to elite professional

- Designed progression of intensity over 6 weeks

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll need access to a decent field with at least 100m of open space, and I highly recommend a quality pair of studded footy boots.

For off-feet conditioning you'll need a rowing machine and/or a stationary bike.

How do I access this program?
You will receive an email containing a download link shortly after purchasing.
Make sure you save the program in a couple of places, as the link will not work after 30 days.
Can I run this program with my club preseason?
Break Your Bronco is designed to be run before starting preseason with your club so you're able to set a great Bronco time on day one and be in amazing condition throughout preseason.
It CAN be run alongside club training in some cases.
If your club trains only once or twice a week, this program can be run alongside club training.
But if you're at a club that trains three or more times per week and/or runs a high-performance program, running Break Your Bronco alongside that training will usually be too much running load to do safely.
What level of footy do I need to play to benefit?
Any level of player will benefit from Break Your Bronco because it is scaled to your level.
You will run a Bronco at the start of the program to determine your level, and run the distances and intensities that are right for you.
How many days do I need to train?
Three times a week is ideal (twice on-field, once on a bike or Rower), but two is the minimum (twice on-field).
What age do I have to be?
This program is designed for players aged 18 and over.
I'll be developing a Juniors program later in 2025!
