How do I access this program?

Make sure you SAVE THE PROGRAM in a couple of places, as the link will not work after 30 days.
Can I run this program alongside my club training?
Absolutely, In-Season Strength is designed for exactly that!
There are three training schedules that explain how to lay out your week, and these schedules cover for almost every variation of how your team training may be laid out over a week.

 
What level of footy do I need to play to benefit?
Any level where you are ready to take the next step and get stronger deep into the season.
There really isn't any level of rugby league player that wouldn't benefit hugely from In-Season Strength.
How many days do I need to train?
2-4 days per week.
In-Season Strength is built around two main gym sessions alongside an additional upper body session for players seeking extra muscle mass, and a priming session to help you come into gameday primed and ready to perform.
What age do I have to be?
This program is designed for players aged 18 and over.
I'll be developing a Juniors program later in 2025!
