You will receive an email shortly after purchase containing a download link.
Make sure you save the program in a couple of places, as the link will not work after 30 days.
Can I run this program with my club preseason?
In most cases, yes!
For clubs that train just a couple of times a week, Ultimate Preseason is a great addition.
If your club has a Strength & Conditioning Coach running a program or is at a high-level with a full-on performance program, tackling that with intensity is where your focus should be once training starts.
If that's you, Ultimate Preseason is a great option to run before preseason starts at your club.
What level of footy do I need to play to benefit?
Any level of player will benefit from Ultimate Preseason when you approach it with the right intensity and consistency.
This program is especially beneficial for players entering their first rep preseason or local A-Grade players who's club doesn't run a high-performance program.
How many days do I need to train?
Ultimate Preseason contains training schedules to help organise your training week for 4, 5, or 6 days a week of training, so it works for most lifestyles.
What age do I have to be?
This program is designed for players aged 18 and over.
I'll be developing a Juniors program later in 2025!
